Return & Exchange Policy

At Bear Quartz, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Unused items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for:

  • Store credit

  • Exchange

  • Refund to the original payment method

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

We do not accept returns on used items.

Exchanges

Items requested for exchange must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Please email support@bearquartz.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

BQ Marketplace Purchases

For items purchased through the BQ Marketplace (including third-party brands), all warranty claims must be handled directly with the product’s brand or manufacturer.

Bear Quartz does not process or assume responsibility for warranty claims on third-party products.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Limited releases or special drops

  • Gift cards

  • ​

Refused Shipments / Return to Sender

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to receive the package

  • Carrier delivery issues outside of our control

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees

  • Any applicable restocking fees

These charges will be deducted from the refund or store credit.

Used Items

Any item found to be used upon return will:

  • Not be eligible for a refund or exchange

  • Not be returned to the customer

 

Original Packaging

All returns must include the original packaging. Returns without it may be denied.

Return Packaging Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged when shipped back.
We recommend reusing the original packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
